Basic electrode STAVINOX 7018-1 3.2 × 350 mm / 5 kg VacPack
Basic electrode STAVINOX 7018-1 is designed for manual metal arc welding of structural, carbon and low-alloy steels. It is used for welding strong and mechanically stressed joints, steel structures, beams, frames, reinforcements, pipes, engineering parts and for repair work.
Diameter 3.2 mm is suitable for medium to thick steel materials where higher welding performance, good penetration and reliable joint strength are required. The basic low-hydrogen character of the electrode helps achieve high-quality weld metal with good toughness, strength and mechanical resistance.
5 kg VacPack packaging protects the electrodes from moisture and helps maintain stable welding properties until opened. It is suitable for regular use in workshops, services, maintenance, installation teams and production, where reliability, a strong weld and repeatable welding quality are important.
Main advantages:
- Basic coated electrode for MMA welding
- Suitable for structural, carbon, and low-alloy steels
- Designed for strong and mechanically stressed joints
- Diameter 3.2 mm for medium to thick materials
- Higher welding performance and good joint penetration
- Good strength, toughness and mechanical resistance of the weld metal
