Delivery options for your order from the valtec-shop.com online store

1. Delivery by courier service

At VALTEC spol. s r.o., we understand the importance of fast and reliable order delivery. Therefore, for standard shipments we primarily use the services of GLS, which is known for its reliability, fast delivery, and real-time shipment tracking. The carrier is always selected with regard to the specific order to ensure that your shipment is safely and promptly delivered directly to the selected address.

For courier delivery to the specified address, a fee of €4.10 incl. VAT is charged.

In order to meet various customer needs, we provide delivery for larger or bulk orders via PALETEXPRESS, a company specializing in pallet and large-volume shipments.

Shipping and payments

The buyer may pay the purchase price for the ordered goods using one of the following methods:

1. Online card payment

Payment by credit or debit card via a secure payment gateway. Payments are processed through the payment gateway Global Payments – Slovenská sporiteľňa. Card details are handled in accordance with the security standards of the payment service provider.

2. Cash on delivery

Payment in cash or by card upon receipt of the goods from the carrier.
When choosing cash on delivery, a fee of €0.99 incl. VAT is charged.

3. Payment based on a proforma invoice

For selected orders, the purchase price may be paid based on a proforma invoice. The goods will be dispatched or prepared for pickup after the payment has been credited to the seller’s account.
