Milwaukee SHOCKWAVE™ IMPACT DUTY™ /49224800/ is a 3-piece hole saw set optimised for creating holes in thin metal materials using cordless tools, including impact drivers.

The hole saws feature a thin-walled design with a thickness of 0.6 mm, which reduces cutting resistance. The 8 TPI (8 teeth per inch) geometry is designed to create smooth holes with minimal burr formation. The shallow cup design is specifically optimised for drilling into thin metal.

The Bi-Metal construction with 8% cobalt content increases the durability and lifespan of the saw. An integrated ejector spring automatically helps remove the cut material from the cup, and a stop rim prevents drilling too deep into the material.

The 1/4" Hex shank allows for direct clamping into compatible tools and is also designed for use with impact drivers. Milwaukee specifies use on steel up to 2 mm thick and stainless steel up to 1.5 mm.
