Collet holder 2.4 /TE0005-24/45V44/701.0309-ZVAR/ with sieve TIG/9/20

Collet body - if the collet body includes a mesh, it is called a gas lens. The key is inserted into the key holder. The clamp holder must be selected according to the size of the burner. For small TIG9 and TIG20 torches the 9/20 holder is compatible, for large TIG17/18/26 torches the 17/18/26 holder is compatible.

The pincer holder has four holes on the sides through which the welding gas flows. Depending on whether the gas is further directed by a screen or not, there are two types of holders:

• Collet holder with screen, so-called gas lens - the screen evenly sprays the gas and helps to achieve higher quality welds (the same principle as with a screen on a tap). Without a screen, the water swirls a little, with a screen it flows gently, dispersed - the same applies to a collet holder with a screen and welding gas.
• Standard collet holder - gas flows directly through the holes and creates slight turbulence.
