The tip is made of CuCrZr alloy (copper – chromium – zirconium), which has significantly higher resistance to heat and wear compared to standard copper tips. This makes it ideal for long-term welding, higher currents, and robotic or series welding.

Thanks to the precise 1.0 mm orifice, stable wire feeding and a uniform welding arc are ensured, contributing to higher weld quality and reduced torch wear.
