Welding table GPPH ECO 3000x1480mm 16-50x50-wheels

The welding table must be flat! ECO table tops with a thickness of 8 mm have dense ribbing, which affects the perfectly flat work surface. The table with dimensions of 3000×1480 mm has 3 longitudinal and 6 transverse ribs. The massive and rigid base of the table top guarantees the highest stability during use and protection against deformation. The flatness tolerance of the table on the entire board is ±0.5 mm* and the manufacturing tolerance of the welding table holes is ±0.1 mm. The GPPH welding table with dimensions of 3000×1480 consists of two interconnected welding tables with dimensions of 1500×1480.

The engraved scale on the table top consists of vertical and horizontal lines in a 100x100 mm grid. It serves as a reference point when placing structures and during the assembly of tools. Using measuring tools, you can adjust your construction to achieve the desired dimension.

The legs in ECO welding tables, made of 60×60 mm profile, have a load capacity of 250 kg/leg. In the case of the 3000×1480 mm size, which has 8 legs, you will reach a maximum load capacity of 2,000 kg.

You can choose: a leg with a foot or on a wheel – choose what suits you best!

For working with ECO series welding tables, you can use PLUS milled tools, assembled using an adjustable 19-22 mounting pin. Thanks to them, you can accurately create every flat 2D and spatial 3D construction. And all this in a much shorter time!
