WELDAS Cool FR™ /31-1950/ flame-retardant neck gaiter

The WELDAS Cool FR™ 31-1950 flame-retardant neck gaiter is a lightweight protective base layer designed for welders and workers exposed to heat and flame. It covers the neck area and perfectly complements a welding hood and other protective workwear.

The material, consisting of 60% modacrylic, 38% cotton, and 2% antistatic thread, combines wearing comfort with flame-retardant and antistatic properties. The weight of 200 g/m² ensures a lightweight design suitable for extended work shifts.

The neck gaiter comes in universal size, and its flame-retardant and antistatic properties are maintained for up to 50 wash cycles at 40 °C.

Application

WELDAS Cool FR™ 31-1950 is suitable as an additional protective base layer for welding and other work involving thermal stress. It is used together with a welding hood, workwear, and other PPE.

The neck gaiter is not intended as a standalone replacement for complete protective welding clothing.
