JASIC ALS-30 GEN 4 / G5J06 is an air-cooled laser welding system with a rated laser output of 800 W. It is designed for welding thinner metal materials where precision, ease of handling, and a compact equipment design are essential.

The model operates on a 1 phase AC 230 V ±10% power supply, and the main unit includes a laser source, integrated wire feeder and a mobile trolley. This makes it suitable for workshops, service centres, smaller production facilities, and applications requiring a practical solution without water cooling.

The ALS-30 laser features an optical fibre length of 5 m and a wire feed speed of 25 – 600 cm/min. The recommended sheet thickness is 0.5 – 3 mm for carbon and stainless steel, and 0.5 – 2 mm for galvanised sheet and aluminium alloy.
