The JASIC ALS-40 GEN 4 / G5J04 is an air-cooled laser welding system with a rated laser power of 1200 W. It is designed for efficient laser welding of thinner metallic materials, particularly carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanised sheet and aluminium alloys.

The device operates on a 1-phase AC 230 V ±10 % power supply, making it suitable for workshops, service stations and production facilities where a compact and mobile solution is required without the need for water cooling. The main unit includes a laser source, integrated wire feeder and a mobile trolley, facilitating handling and operation.

The ALS-40 model offers a wire feed speed of 25 – 600 cm/min, an optical fibre length of 5 m and a recommended sheet thickness of up to 0.5 – 4 mm for carbon and stainless steel. For galvanised sheet and aluminium alloys, the approximate range is 0.5 – 3 mm.
