The mobile filtration unit EVO 2.2 is designed for extracting welding fumes (intermittent use) with medium-low concentrations of pollutants in enclosed or hard-to-reach environments where standard extraction equipment cannot be used. EVO 2.2 is suitable only for dry welding fumes and cannot be used for oil fumes generated during welding of steel, aluminum, brazing, etc.

The device is equipped with E12 mechanical filtration (99.5% according to EN1822) and includes a spark arrester as standard. The set includes an extraction arm ARMOFLEX Ø160 mm / 3 m, which allows precise capture of fumes directly at the source.

Intended only for dry welding fumes (not oil fumes). Not suitable for explosive environments.

Structure:

EVO 2.2 is made of powder-coated sheet steel, complete with swivel wheels and handles (the unit comes with built-in wheels, ready for use). A high-efficiency centrifugal fan is located behind the filter section in a special soundproof chamber. The unit is equipped with an alternating motor controlled by a printed circuit board located in a clean chamber outside the airflow circuit. User-friendly digital control panel with alarm protocol and hour meter allows monitoring of the machine's main functions. The unit is also available in a version with automatic start/stop function.

Filter section:

Filtration section consisting of a series of metal and acrylic filters for a final filtration efficiency in class E12 99.5% according to standard EN1822. A spark trap filter is included as standard.
