UNI 2.2 H is a professional mobile filtration unit with mechanical filtration using a glass microfiber bag filter. It is designed for the extraction of dry, non-oily welding fumes in enclosed spaces with a medium concentration of pollutants. The filtration section consists of a series of metal and acrylic filters with a final filtration efficiency in class E12 99.5%. It is not suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.

The kit includes a flexible extraction arm ARMOFLEX 160/3 (Ø160 mm, 3 m length), which allows precise positioning directly over the source of pollution. An ideal solution for welding workstations, service workshops, maintenance, and small production facilities.

Structure:

Powder-coated steel sheet with swivel castors and handles. Behind the filtration section, a high-performance centrifugal fan is installed in a special soundproof chamber. The AC motor with protection is controlled by a printed circuit board located in a clean chamber outside the airflow circuit. The user-friendly digital control panel allows monitoring of the unit's main functions via a clogged filter alarm and other indicators. The unit comes with built-in castors, ready for use.

Filter section:

Filtration section consisting of a series of metal and acrylic filters for a final filtration efficiency in class E12 99.5% according to standard EN1822. A spark trap filter is included as standard. In all cases of FUMES/VOCs, stainless steel welding, galvanized steel, chrome TIG, etc., a 10 kg activated carbon post-filter is recommended.
