FreFlow V1 PRO respirator with air supply is equipped with an enhanced human-machine interface (HMI), NFC filter monitoring, and an automatic alarm system. It comes with a spark screen, P3 particulate filter, and offers the option to pair with a gas or odor filter. The overall filtration efficiency of the respirator meets TH3 standards, making it suitable for various working environments, including welding and grinding.

Smart Control: The respirator motor automatically adjusts power and airflow based on filter load.
Triple Alarm System: The indicator light flashes to signal a clogged filter or low battery, while the respirator emits an alarm sound and vibrates.
High-Performance Motor: A high-quality brushless motor ensures strong airflow, low power consumption, ultra-quiet operation, and up to three times longer motor life.
Various Filter Options: You can choose a P3 / gas / odor filter according to different applications and work environments.

FILTER-VENTILATION UNIT – SCHEMATIC

A - Durable Front Cover: Protects the auto-darkening filter from damage for the compressed air supply from high-temperature damage and high-speed particle impacts.
B - Spark Catcher: Captures small molten metal particles, preventing ignition of other filter components.
C - Pre-filter: Captures large particles, thus extending the life of the particulate filter.
D - Particulate Filter: High-efficiency particulate filter, filtration efficiency up to 99.997%.
E - Gas Filter: Optional A1B1E1K1 or A2 for protection against organic, inorganic, and acid gas vapors; gas filter sold separately.
F - Odor Filter: Eliminates unpleasant odors (not required if a gas filter is installed). Odor filter sold separately.
G - Fast-Charging Lithium Battery: The standard battery can be fully charged in 1 hour, with a battery life of 9 hours at an airflow of 170 l/min. The optional high-capacity battery can be fully charged in 2 hours, with a battery life of 15 hours (airflow 170 l/min).
H - High-Quality Brushless Motor: Low power consumption, long service life, high static pressure, and low noise.
I - Optional airflow speeds: For hot and humid working environments, a short press can increase airflow from 170 l/min to 210 l/min.
J - Hose: Connects the respirator and welding mask, supplies clean air.
