Plasma cutting is a very simple process where an electric arc is transferred to the piece to be cut, and the molten material is extruded with compressed air. The high arc concentration ensures very high performance, precise and narrow cuts and the low heat load allows even very thin materials to be cut without deformation. This process is therefore ideal for cutting stainless steel, steels in general, copper and aluminium. The technology for arc cuts in Lift mode ensures excellent ignition quality without electromagnetic interference.Sabre CHP plasma cutters are equipped with modern safety systems and controls for proper function: low air pressure alarm, burner safe circuit alarm, Test-Gas function. Sabre chp are equipped with green@wave technology with extremely high efficiency when drawing current from the mains, helping to significantly reduce power consumption. Thanks to the large "iPanel" display, the SABER 70 CHP plasma shows you the basic plasma cutting parameters. Thanks to this user interface, plasma cutting becomes intuitive and very easy for the necessary plasma cutting setup. Along with the main operating values, the "iPanel" also shows information about the cutting process and displays the maximum cutting thickness in relation to the material. There are three levels of menu menu: Easy (XE), Advanced (XA) and Professional (XP). It allows storage and management of up to 64 cutting programs that can be customized by the operator.
