STAVINOX Electrode 312-16 - 1.6 × 250 mm / 2 kg VacPack
STAVINOX Electrode 312-16 is a high-alloy coated electrode designed for MMA welding of difficult-to-weld steels, dissimilar materials, and repair welds. It is used primarily where a tough, strong, and durable weld with high resistance to cracking is required.
It is suitable for joining stainless steels with carbon or low-alloy steels, welding unknown materials, and repairs of tool steels, cast steel, worn parts, and structural components. A diameter of 1.6 mm and length of 250 mm allow for more precise work on thinner parts, smaller repairs, and more detailed welds.
VacPack packaging protects the electrodes from moisture and helps maintain stable welding properties until opened. STAVINOX 312-16 is a practical choice for maintenance, service, repairs, assembly work, and workshop use where reliable welding of problematic or combined materials is necessary.
Main advantages:
- High-alloy electrode type 312-16
- Suitable for difficult-to-weld and dissimilar steels
- Usable for stainless steel, carbon steel, low-alloy steels, and cast steel
- High crack resistance of the weld metal
- Suitable for repairs, renovations, maintenance, and assembly work
- 1.6 mm diameter for finer and more precise welding
- VacPack packaging for protection against moisture
- Stable arc and good controllability during welding
