STAVINOX Electrode 312-16 - 2.0 × 300 mm / 2 kg VacPack
STAVINOX Electrode 312-16 is a high-alloy coated electrode designed for MMA welding of difficult-to-weld steels, dissimilar materials, and repair welds. It is used particularly for materials with a higher risk of cracking, during the renovation of worn parts, or where the exact composition of the base material is unknown.
Thanks to type 312-16, it is suitable for joining stainless steels with carbon or low-alloy steels, and for the repair of tool steels, cast steel, shafts, moulds, jigs, frames and other technical parts. The weld metal possesses high resistance to cracking and good mechanical properties, making the electrode a practical solution for more demanding repair and maintenance work.
Diameter 2.0 mm and length 300 mm are suitable for small to medium-sized repairs, assembly work and the welding of parts where good control over the weld pool is required. VacPack packaging protects the electrodes from moisture and helps maintain stable welding properties until opened.
Main advantages:
- High-alloy electrode type 312-16
- Suitable for difficult-to-weld and dissimilar steels
