STAVINOX 312-16 Electrode 2.5 × 350 mm / 2 kg VacPack
STAVINOX Electrode 312-16 is a high-alloy coated electrode designed for MMA welding of difficult-to-weld steels, dissimilar materials, and repair welds. It is used primarily for materials with a higher tendency to crack, for the renovation of worn parts, or for joining unknown and problematic steels.
Diameter 2.5 mm is suitable for universal repair, assembly, and component use. The electrode is used for welding stainless steel with carbon or low-alloy steel, repairs of tool steels, cast steel, machine parts, frames, shafts, fixtures, and structural components. The weld metal has high resistance to cracking and good mechanical properties.
VacPack packaging protects the electrodes from moisture and helps maintain stable welding properties until opened. STAVINOX 312-16 is a practical choice for service, maintenance, repairs, renovations, and technical applications where a reliable weld is required even with more demanding materials.
Main advantages:
- High-alloy electrode type 312-16
- Suitable for difficult-to-weld and dissimilar steels
- Usable for stainless steel, carbon steel, low-alloy steels, and cast steel
- High crack resistance of the weld metal
- Suitable for repairs, renovations, maintenance, and assembly work
- Diameter 2.5 mm for universal component and repair use
