Scorer HBS IT 1002 (400V)

Welding Resources HBS provide excellent cost and time reductions. Every weld is precise, without the need for post-processing. Recipe for success: extremely short welding times! (1 to 3 ms). No additional welding products are required. Due to the very low heat load, the welding zone is minimal.

Welding material: Mild steel, Stainless steel, Aluminium

Application: For studs M3 – MR16, Ø2 – 14 mm. Particularly suitable for thicker sheets from approx. 2 mm.

Application

• Particularly suitable for thicker sheets with a thickness of approximately 2 mm or more
• Welding of Hex type welding nuts (Nut) and MARC sleeves
• For welding perforated and non-perforated sheets

Functions and performance

• Microprocessor control – for precise control of the welding cycle, the highest possible operational safety and the highest possible operating comfort
• Function control – automatic functional test of the device after switching on; monitoring of all basic internal functions of the device
• Display of error codes – using a digital display
• Stroke test – for stroke welding guns and welding heads
• Parameter library function – automatic presetting of welding current and time to the selected stud diameter and according to the welding area (for welding with or without shielding gas); possibility of fine adjustment using the control foil buttons
• Welding process control - recording and evaluation of parameters influencing the welding process; after each stud welding, a comparison is made between the reference and the actual value; if a value outside the tolerance field (adjustable) is detected, the device should be stopped or only a possible stud welding error should be reported.
• RS232 output - for connecting a data cable and connecting to a PC; data and times of all performed welds are recorded in the memory and can be printed by connecting to a PC (only for the GAS/Automatic /welding process control version).
