The BOHLER Guardian 50 auto-darkening welding helmet is a universal protective helmet designed for MIG/MAG, MMA and TIG welding, plasma cutting and grinding. It combines a durable construction, a comfortable headgear and a high-quality auto-darkening filter with True Blue Colour technology, which allows for more natural colour perception and better control of the weld pool.

The auto-darkening filter offers a light state of DIN 4 and adjustable shading from DIN 9–13. Reliable detection of the welding arc is ensured by 4 sensors. Optical classification 1/1/1/2 according to EN 379 ensures good optical quality and uniform shading of the viewport.

The helmet features external shading adjustment and a separate external grind mode switch, allowing the operating mode to be changed without removing the helmet. The durable nylon shell and adjustable headgear are also suitable for regular workshop and production use.

Application

The BOHLER Guardian 50 is suitable for welding work in metal fabrication, locksmith workshops, service, maintenance and assembly plants. Thanks to the four sensors and adjustable sensitivity, it can also be used for TIG welding, while the external grind mode allows for easy switching between welding and grinding.
