The BOHLER Guardian 62F auto-darkening welding helmet is a flip-up protective helmet designed for welders who frequently switch between welding and grinding during work. It combines the Guardian 62 auto-darkening filter with a flip-up mechanism and a clear protective visor, eliminating the need to remove the entire helmet when switching from welding to grinding.

The auto-darkening filter offers a large viewing area of 98 × 62 mm, a light state of DIN 4, and two shading ranges: DIN 5–9 / 9–13. Reliable detection of the welding arc is ensured by 4 sensors. True Blue Colour technology provides more natural colour perception and better control of the weld pool.

The durable nylon shell and comfortable adjustable headgear are suitable for regular use in workshops, service centres, and production environments. The flip-up design makes the Guardian 62F model a practical solution for workplaces where welding is combined with grinding and material preparation.

Application

BOHLER Guardian 62F is particularly suitable for metal fabrication, locksmith workshops, service, maintenance and assembly sites, where welding is regularly alternated with grinding or inspection of the processed material.

During welding, the ADF part remains lowered and provides automatic eye protection. During grinding, the auto-darkening part can be easily flipped up, allowing work to continue through the clear protective visor.
