Description

Depending on the milling head used, the machine can bevel edges of workpieces from 1.5mm (0.06") thick at angles of 22.5°, 30°, 37.5°, 45°, 50°, 55°, 60° and a maximum bevel width of 18mm. Each milling head uses 5pcs of interchangeable cutting inserts. The milling head designed for rounding allows you to create a 2, 3, 4 or 5mm radius rounding on the edge using the 4-sided interchangeable cutting inserts R2, R3, R4, R5. BM-18 allows beveling the edges of holes with a minimum diameter of 40mm. The BM-18 is equipped with overload protection and electronic speed control for use on a variety of materials, allowing the bevel width to be continuously adjusted. It is a high-performance machine for the preparation of weld edges and for rounding to radius the edges of steel structures before painting or applying other coatings.
