STAVINOX INOX 316L-17 Electrode is a stainless coated electrode designed for the manual arc welding of austenitic stainless steels of type 316 and 316L. The Cr-Ni-Mo type weld metal with low carbon content is suitable where increased corrosion resistance, a strong joint and clean processing of stainless material are required.

Diameter 2.0 mm represents a practical choice for welding thinner to medium-thick stainless steel parts, sheets, pipes, tanks, frames and repair welds. The electrode allows for good control over the weld pool, a stable arc and more precise weld guidance during assembly, service and workshop tasks.

VacPack packaging protects the electrodes from moisture and helps maintain their welding properties until opened. Thanks to this, the electrode is also suitable for more demanding working environments where reliability, repeatable weld quality and easy handling are important.
