STAVINOX ER 347Si 2.4 mm is a TIG filler material for stabilised austenitic stainless steels. Niobium helps to limit the occurrence of intergranular corrosion in the weld metal, while the higher silicon content improves its flowability. The larger diameter of 2.4 mm is particularly suitable for welding medium-thickness parts and joints where a greater amount of filler material is required.
