Description Parameters

Description

Both wear repairs and new production of the threaded on a lesser quality carrier. The stock is well chip-machinable, after hardening it has a high wear resistance. Excellent alloy for moulds for plastics and aluminium. Also for press tools, shears for strong materials, tools for drawing, stamping, stamping, hot cutting, forging. Welding: the welding area must be machined to a metallic shine. Preheat for solid parts and low alloy materials to 100-150 °C, apply 3-4 layers of flux. Use as little heat input as possible. Protective gas: argon. Polarity: DC (-). Diameters: 1, 2mm, 1,6mm, 2,0mm, 2,4mm, 3, 2mm.
