TIG WELD SG2 1.6 × 1000 mm JQ TG50 GOLDEN BRIDGE (G3Si1 / ER70S-6) wire is a high-quality copper-coated filler material designed for TIG welding of unalloyed and low-alloy steels. Thanks to the increased silicon and manganese content, it provides excellent welding properties, a stable weld pool, and high quality of the welded joint.

The wire complies with classifications EN ISO 636-A: W 42 4 W3Si1 and AWS A5.18: ER70S-6, making it a universal material for the production of steel structures, mechanical engineering, repairs, and maintenance.

The filler material is particularly suitable for welding structural steels, boiler plates, pipes, and fine-grained steels. Thanks to the higher content of deoxidising elements, it handles slightly oxidised or less perfectly cleaned surfaces well.

Rods with a length of 1000 mm ensure comfortable handling and smooth feeding during welding. The weld metal is characterised by high strength, good toughness, and a clean weld appearance.
