BÖHLER UTP AF ROBOTIC 352 flux-cored wire 1.6 mm / 16 kg / K300 / Filtubdur 5 (38736)
BÖHLER UTP AF ROBOTIC 352 is a seamless low-alloy metal-cored welding wire designed for MAG hardfacing of medium-hard steels and the restoration of worn machine components. It produces a weld metal with a hardness of 325–375 HB, suitable for protecting and renovating parts exposed to metal-to-metal wear. Thanks to its stable wire feeding and excellent welding properties, it is primarily intended for automated and robotic hardfacing.
The wire is used for the renovation of pulleys, chain components, drive and conveyor rollers, gears, and other mechanically stressed components. The low-alloy weld metal containing chromium and manganese provides an ideal combination of hardness and wear resistance. The seamless wire construction supports smooth feeding and a stable welding process.
The 1.6 mm diameter allows for productive hardfacing and the restoration of worn surfaces. The wire is used with M21 shielding gas according to EN ISO 14175 and direct current with positive electrode polarity DC+. The 16 kg on a K300 spool packaging is suitable for use in mechanical engineering, maintenance, and automated welding operations.
