Description Parameters

Description

Wire with minimal silicates, ensuring minimal cleaning after welding. Excellent for multi-layer welds without the need for intermediate cleaning. Designed for both manual and mechanised welding of non-alloyed and fine-grained structural steels with an operating temperature from -30 °C to +450 °C, in all positions. Dappled, with excellent drawing and enough stiffness and slipperiness to overcome friction in pulleys and contact points. The dilution increases the current transfer, resulting in a stable arc. Resistance to hot cracking, minimal spatter, high yield - productivity. For steels: S235JR-S355JR, S235JO-S355JO, S450JO, S235J2- S355J2, S275N-S460N, S275M-S460M, P235GH-P355GH, P355N, P285NHP460NH, P195TR1-P265TR1, P195TR2-P265TR2, P195GH-P265GH. Impact work ISO-V at - 40 °C. Protective gas: M20, M21. Approvals:TÜV, DB, ABS, BV, DNV-GL, CWB, LR, CE. Diameters: 1,0mm, 1,2mm, 1,6mm.
