The first layer of chemical resistant cladding. Due to the rapid solidification of rutile slag, it can be welded with higher welding parameters and higher speed. Easy handling, minimal spatter and oxide formation, fine and smooth weld with sure penetration and lower heat input, self removing slag. It will significantly increase quality and productivity and reduce cleaning and pickling costs. Operating temperatures between - 60 °C to + 300 °C. Protective gas: M1-M3, C1.
