Seamless tubular wire with metal powder from the "Diamondspark" series for non-alloy and low-alloy steels. High demelting performance and yield, stable shower arc, very good penetration, very low smoke and oxide formation, X-ray clean, smooth and concave weld without pores and spatter. High toughness and excellent low temperature properties (- 60 °C). This wire is CTOD tested. It is also suitable for manual, but especially for automated welding. For steels: S235JR-S355JR, S235JO-S355JO, S450JO, S235J2-S355J2, S275N-S460N, S275M-S460M, P235GH-P355GH, P275NL1-P460NL1, P215NL, P265NL, P355N, P285NH-P460NH, P195TR1-P265TR1, P195TR2-P265TR2, P195GHP265GH. Shielding gas: M21, C1. Approvals:TÜV, DB, ABS, BV, DNV-GL, RINA, CWB, LR, CE. Diameters: 1,0mm, 1,2mm, 1,4mm, 1,6mm.
