The Ultima-TIG is an environmentally friendly wet grinder for TIG welding tungsten electrodes with minimal electrode waste. The grinder is equipped with a disposable container that collects toxic dust particles and ensures safe disposal.

The Ultima-TIG design reduces tungsten electrode waste and reduces grinding time, resulting in a shorter payback period. The variable angle adjustment and the clamping system centering the electrode allow correct grinding in the longitudinal direction of the electrode. The exact angle is not only important for the quality of the weld seam; it also increases the number of re-fires between regrinding.

Wet grinding:
The combination of cooling liquid and high grinding speed of the diamond wheel results in a polished and even surface of the tungsten electrode. In addition, cold wet grinding reduces grinding time and prevents overheating and damage to the electrodes.

Easy operation:

• set the variable angle adjustment to the desired angle
• place the electrode in the holder and tighten it in the projection
• insert the electrode holder, turn on the grinder and rotate the electrode holder until grinding is complete
• after grinding, you can align the electrode tip by setting the angle to 90°
