Set TECMEN TM100LW + FreFlow V1 PAPR is a professional solution for eye, face and respiratory protection during laser welding, cutting and cleaning. It combines a laser protective helmet TECMEN 100LW with a FreFlow V1 filtration and ventilation unit, which supplies the user with clean filtered air directly into the helmet.

Helmet TECMEN 100LW is designed to protect against direct laser radiation, reflection, scattering, diffraction and divergence of the laser beam. At the same time, it provides protection against UV/IR radiation and blue light. An auto-darkening filter with optical class 1/1/1/2, light state 2.0 and GRIND / CUT / MIX / DARK modes allows for a clear view during work and adaptation to the specific application.

PAPR system FreFlow V1 ensures a stable air supply even with a low battery state or gradual filter clogging. Filtration efficiency is higher than 99.997 % and the unit is equipped with visual, audible and vibration alarms. The set is suitable for professional workplaces where laser welding, laser cutting or laser cleaning is performed and respiratory protection is required.
