MIG Wire STAVINOX ER 310 1.0 mm / 15 kg / 1.4842 / BS300
STAVINOX ER 310 MIG wire is a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel welding wire intended for MIG/MAG welding of heat-resistant chromium-nickel steels, specifically types AISI 310 and 310S. Thanks to the high chromium and nickel content (approximately 25% Cr and 20% Ni), the weld metal provides good resistance to oxidation and scaling at high operating temperatures. It is designed for welding components exposed to thermal stress in an oxidizing environment.
It is used in the manufacture and repair of industrial furnaces, annealing and tempering equipment, heat-resistant piping, heat exchangers, incineration plants, and other technological components operating at elevated temperatures. The diameter of 1.0 mm is suitable for welding thinner and medium-thickness materials, providing a good compromise between welding precision and deposition rate. The 15 kg BS300 spool is practical for regular use in metalworking, maintenance, service, and industrial operations.
Main advantages:
- High-alloy austenitic MIG/MAG wire type ER 310
