Fibre discs for metal grinding and surface finishing
Fibre discs are abrasive tools designed for intensive processing of metal materials, welds, edges, and surfaces. They are mainly used where high material removal, excellent grinding control, and uniform surface treatment are required. When used with a backing pad, they provide an efficient solution for angle grinders and demanding workshop applications.
They are most commonly used for grinding steel, stainless steel, aluminum, castings, structural components, and welded joints. They are suitable for removing excess material, leveling surfaces, grinding edges, or preparing parts for further surface treatment.
Available in various grit sizes and dimensions depending on the desired grinding result. Coarser grits are ideal for rapid material removal, while finer grits are suitable for surface smoothing and precise finishing operations.
