STAVINOX ER 308LSi is a stainless TIG filler wire for welding austenitic Cr-Ni steels, particularly materials of type AISI 304, 304L and 308L. The low carbon content reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion, and the increased silicon content promotes good weld pool fluidity and a smooth appearance of the weld bead.

The 1.0 mm diameter is particularly suitable for the precision welding of thin stainless steel sheets, smaller components and root runs, where sensitive dosing of filler material is required.
