STAVINOX ER 308LSi is a stainless steel TIG filler wire for welding austenitic Cr-Ni steels, especially materials of type AISI 304 and 304L. Low carbon content promotes resistance to intergranular corrosion, and increased silicon content improves the weld pool flowability.

The 3.2 mm diameter is particularly suitable for TIG welding of thicker stainless steel parts and joints, where a larger amount of filler material needs to be supplied. It is used for pipes, tanks, process equipment and steel structures.
