BÖHLER Q G 307 MIG Wire 1.6 mm / 15 kg / 1.4370 / BS300 (72088)
BÖHLER Q G 307 MIG wire is a high-alloy austenitic welding wire designed for MIG/MAG welding of dissimilar and difficult-to-weld steels. Thanks to its Cr-Ni-Mn chemical composition with approximately 19% chromium, 9% nickel and 7% manganese, it provides a tough weld metal with good ductility and crack resistance. It is suitable for joining materials with different mechanical and metallurgical properties.
It is used for welding structural, fine-grained, high-strength, refined and manganese steels, as well as for joining austenitic and ferritic materials. It is suitable for repair welding and creating tough buffer layers before hardfacing. It is used for repairing machine parts, steel structures, and industrial equipment subject to mechanical stress. The 1.6 mm diameter is suitable for welding thicker materials, allowing for higher welding performance and efficient wire melting. The 15 kg BS300-BLUE spool is practical for regular use in metalworking, maintenance, and industrial operations.
