JQ-MG50-6 is a solid carbon steel welding wire that has excellent welding performance with a smooth arc with low spatter levels, good wire feeding and an optimal appearance. The product is applicable for welding in all positions. The deposited metal has good mechanical properties. It is characterized by strong resistance to deposits and oil stains on the surface of the base and low sensitivity to porosity. SG2 grade and copper coating ensure durable welding joints. The BS300 coil does not require an adapter, making it easy to store and transport the wire.
The product is applicable for welding various carbon steels and low-alloy steels with tensile strength of 500 MPa, which are commonly used in areas such as bridges, buildings, automobile manufacturing, mechanical structures, etc.
