STAVINOX ER 307Si is a high-alloy austenitic TIG filler wire designed primarily for welding dissimilar, manganese, and difficult-to-weld steels. The high manganese content supports the toughness and resistance of the weld metal to cracking, while the silicon content improves the fluidity of the weld pool.

The diameter of 1.2 mm is suitable for more precise TIG welding, repairs of stressed parts, transition joints and the creation of tough interlayer beads before hardfacing.
