TIG Wire STAVINOX ER 307Si 2.0 × 1000 mm / 5 kg (1.4370)

STAVINOX ER 307Si is a high-alloy austenitic TIG filler wire designed for welding dissimilar, manganese, and difficult-to-weld steels. The high manganese content increases the crack resistance and toughness of the weld metal, while silicon promotes good wettability of the weld pool.

The 2.0 mm diameter is suitable for general-purpose TIG welding of stressed steel components, transition joints and repairs. It is also used as a tough buffer layer before hardfacing, for example, when renovating worn components.
