MIG Wire STAVINOX ER 307Si 1.0 mm / 15 kg / 1.4370 / BS300
STAVINOX ER 307Si MIG wire is a high-alloy austenitic welding wire designed for MIG/MAG welding of dissimilar, manganese, and difficult-to-weld steels. With its Cr-Ni-Mn composition and increased manganese and silicon content, it provides a stable arc, good weld metal flow, high toughness, and resistance to cracking, even in mechanically stressed welded joints.
It is used for welding and repairing manganese steels, high-strength and refined steels, joining dissimilar materials, and creating tough buffer layers prior to hardfacing. It is suitable for the repair of machine parts, tools, structural elements, and components exposed to impact, vibration, and wear. The 1.0 mm diameter allows for more precise welding and better control of the weld pool, while the 15 kg BS300 spool is practical for regular use in workshops, service centres, metalworking and industrial plants.
Main advantages:
- High-alloy austenitic MIG/MAG wire type ER 307Si
- Suitable for welding dissimilar, manganese, and difficult-to-weld steels
- High manganese content for toughness and crack resistance
- Increased silicon content for better fluidity and a smooth weld appearance
- Suitable for repairs, build-ups and ductile buffer layers for hardfacing
- Good weld metal resistance to impact and mechanical stress
- Diameter 1.0 mm for more precise welding and better weld pool control
- Stable arc and good welding properties
