Inverter frequency modulation
This feature enhances the energy efficiency of the EVOLVE200+ by adjusting the switching frequency of the inverters (26K-40K) based on power output. The high frequency for low current setting improves arc control, while the low frequency for high current reduces energy and heat loss.

Glick Function
The "trim" function allows users to adjust the output current mid-weld during 4T MIG/TIG welding by pressing the torch trigger. This allows more precise heat control and greater flexibility in shaping the weld bead.

Double pulse MIG welding
Double pulse MIG welding uses two current pulses per cycle. This agitates the weld bath more efficiently than a single pulse, resulting in finer grain structure, better weld bead quality and reduced heat input.

OTA (Over-the-air) firmware update
Users can receive push notifications on the EVOLVE200+ whenever a new firmware version is available*. Once approved by the user, the device downloads the updated firmware and automatically completes the firmware update process.
Note: The device firmware can also be reduced.

Being an EVOLVE welding machine means being able to restore its processes and functions according to the requirements of the job. When connected to JTECloud, the EVOLVE200+ is able to download new processes and functions and replace old ones if the user wishes.
