STAVINOX ER 309LSi is a stainless TIG filler wire designed primarily for welding dissimilar materials, such as joints between stainless steel and non-alloy or low-alloy steel. The low-carbon Cr-Ni composition provides the weld metal with good resistance to corrosion and cracking.

An increased silicon content improves the weld pool fluidity and promotes the formation of a smooth weld bead. The 1.6 mm diameter is suitable for precise to universal TIG welding of sheets, pipes, structural components, transition joints, and interlayers.
