STAVINOX ER 309LSi is a stainless steel TIG filler wire designed specifically for welding dissimilar materials, primarily joints between stainless and unalloyed or low-alloy steel. It is also suitable for interlayer passes before hardfacing, cladding and repairing materials with different chemical compositions.

The diameter of 3,2 mm is suitable for welding thicker parts and joints where a larger quantity of filler material is required. An increased silicon content improves the weld pool fluidity and promotes the formation of a smooth weld bead.
